Excellent product
The Faber curd maker is an excellent product. I use 1 litre full cream milk, mix it with three tablespoons of curd and some powdered sugar and divide the mixture equally in the seven bottles/ jars. These bottles/ jars are then placed in the curd maker and kept in it in "power on" mode for about 7 hours. Then, the bottles/ jars are moved to the fridge and cooled for about 3 hours. The result is super, thick and delicious curd. There are two practical issues: (1) there is no recipe book (but not sure if its really required); (2) there is no auto timer button. But these are not so much of a problem as the curd maker is easy to use and the bottles/ jars are easy to clean, and the curd which is prepared is just too good.Very satisfied with my purchase.

Broken jar delivered
The media could not be loaded. There are multiple review stating broken jars delivered. I too got one. Supplier and manufacturer have done nothing to keep jars safe. Raised warranty request with manufacturer but not sure of outcome now.

After all it is an excellent and beautiful yoghurt maker
The media could not be loaded. The yoghurt maker is good. It provides me with a 200 ml yoghurt every day for 7 days and heats up well. The freshly made yoghurt (the glass) is quite hot (45°C at the wall and 56°C at the bottom) when the process is finished, but no negative effect on the bacteria yet. The maker itself stays cool outside. The downside is the customer service, when I called them. The woman on the phone was bold and very harsh. I complained on the wobbling maker and she just said "Any thing else?" and then hang up without one word. So one star deduction for this.I got the maker exchanged from AMAZON service (thanks a lot) and now it is standing properly on the working bench. It looks porsch, but also needs quite a space because it is broad to fit the 7 glass in. The glasses can be cleaned easily and since there is no need to heat the milk, just add the culture to the milk and fill the glasses, it is very easy to use. All in all I am satisfied till now and hope that will not change in the far future. It is expensive but worth the money.

Definitely recommend it!
Residing in a fairly colder temperature, making my own batch of curd became quite difficult. I used it for the first time, today. I used normal pasteurised cow milk (mother dairy), and it took almost 6 hours. I absolutely love the consistency of the curd, it's creamy and thick. Absolutely satisfied with this purchase. Definitely recommended.P.S. I have been using this twice a week - the duration differs on the basis of milk that one uses. For Toned milk, it takes some where around 6-7 hours; whereas, for full cream milk - it takes 4-4.30 hours. It comes with 7 Jars that can hold 1 ltr of milk at a time. Be cautious while washing the glass jars as it's literally irreplaceable.
