Love these so much. Esp. the citrus and watermelon. I was excited to try mango chili which is why I purchased since I can not get it at walmart. It was def. mango like a mangonadas and you can taste the spice of the chili in ya throat. It is not subtle. Def. a great pack to try them. I wish they had the lemonade and salted caramel which I have not tasted yet and don't wanna get a big pack to taste. Would order again.

My husband and I love these. I drink one every day during work and it tastes super good and the flavors are amazing! In the summer it is more so when I drink them but they dissolve very quickly and doesn’t get clumpy on the bottom. It also doesn’t taste very salty which some products like this can be but these are great!

I love LMNT, every flavor is delicious and practical. This day and age everyone wants something that is ACTUALLY going to hydrate you without the sugar. They mix well into water or even milk-chocolate flavor. Hot or cold. I drink them all the time.

As someone who is anemic and has a sodium deficiency, these are so perfect to replace that need! I tried all of the flavors and so far I really enjoyed the watermelon and citrus flavor. The chocolate one was a little bit sand-tasting, but I’ll just buy a pack of my favorite flavors next time. They dissolve easily in the water and I would absolutely recommend this as a great replacement drink for after a workout or on a hot day.

Arrived almost a week late.I normally get watermelon which is my favorite.I decided to live on the wild side and try other flavors. I’ll return and update my review once I’ve tried them all.Today 6/17/25 is raspberry and it’s okay, but leaves a off putting taste in my mouth.

First off, I love how this line of electrolytes taste. The quality of the product and the work that went into testing the flavors is without question. I did feel more relaxed after drinking it as long as I was hydrated or would be hydrated shortly after. The value proposition though is absolutely absurd. Once you get out of the sample packs they are 30 packs for $1.50 each, or $45. Considering a lot of their ads are pitching this as a daily supplement, that is a pretty big monthly cost equaling that of my Gas or Water Bills some months. On principle, this product is mostly salt with very little of the other two electrolytes. Salt is very cheap. Magnessium and Potassium aren't necessarily expensive either. Even some of the cottage brand pink salts and flaky finishing salts are sold at about 10 cents per gram. A multivitamin has far rarer minerals to find in your daily diet, and also comes in higher quantities of Magnessium than this product and comes in at around 75 cents. There are also possible health concerns for some people. 1G of salt is quite a lot in comparison to the Magnesium and Potassium contained in the product. Additional water is necessary to hydrate, probably double for those consuming it mixed with 24oz of water. For those with high sodium diets as it is or those with high blood pressure, you may want to triple or quadruple that to not spike your BP. If I drank it slowly over time and had additional water, I was able to get relaxed without feeling adverse effects, but I wonder then if the positive effects of the electrolytes are reduced by the increased water intake. It's all a balancing act and I'm just not sure this product is right for me. There is definite value to supplementing electrolytes for energy, sleep, and overall feeling well throughout the day. I'm definitely willing to try different brands and even revisit this one. I'm just hoping I can find a different brand with less salt and higher quantities of the other electrolytes, since that is what I feel I'm lacking most to feel my best.

These taste great! They don't taste like sweat like more well-known electrolyte drinks and the salt is not overwhelming despite having quite a bit in them I love the Watermelon salt! The Spicy Mango is a bit much for me, but if you like a bit of a kick, it definitely has it. It mixes so well and there is not grit or thick salty goo at the bottom to have to glug down. The magnesium can affect your digestion so start slow unless you are used to it.

I poured powder into 20 ounces of tepid clean water. Tastes fine and dissolves completely. I'm sure I'll be buying more.Update: If you're looking for zero carbohydrates and zero sweeteners, buy the Raw Unflavored mix.
