Spike protien stack
I've been using bromelain for about 6 months as part of an anti spike protein stack. Didn't notice too much difference at first but after a couple of months I'd notices I hadn't really got ill or picked up any colds.Usually with the kids I end up getting a cold every few months but since taking these I've only had 1 and it passed a lot quicker than usual so finding them effective.Tablet size is pretty standard and quality is good. Not had any digestive issues with these and take them with breakfast.For reference daily stack includes 1x 500mg Bromelain, 2 x 500mg Curcumin, 2 x 100mg Nattokinase.

I understand that Bromelain is an essential vitimin. Especially today with what has been and is going around.l take it every day. So long as it is clean, no GMO's etc, it's good enough for me.
