I bought this for my mom since she loves eating blue corn meal as a breakfast cereal. She said the quality is excellent and tastes just like it’s fresh from New Mexico.

I try a lot of new foods and spices, and sometimes I just can't get them to work. So far I have not been able to get this product NOT to work. it is yummy in every form I have tried it in. I have no idea what I am doing with it and it turns every dish into something earthy yet exotic. A great discovery for my kitchen! Will buy again.

The flour was nice and easy to prepare. I had purchased others before from other places and has not been a good experience. I will ordered again when need it.

I prefer this cornmeal over every other I've tried. It has great flavor, texture and it cooks up so well whether I'm making cornbread, fish or blue pancakes/waffles

Hard if not impossible to find in this town and expensive online but this offer was the lowest price for a smaller package. So problems solved!!

Bag was half opened. Now I have to throw it away. Very disappointed.

Made some blue corn tortillas and chips this stuff was delicious. makes a very impressive dish and bowl of chips.

Came in sealed unbroken package. However could not make it into a corn tortilla. Just buy made tortillas.
