This company AGAGO has wonderful customer service, especially the lady i spoke too, if I remember her name correctly, she is UPASANA...very apt to the service, guided me exact to the point of my queries, answered then satisfactorily and have helped and guided me at all stages...right from the first call to the last call where she wanted to know if i did receive the item or not, in between also she called to check as the item was on way. Its a great helpful gadget in helping you get the perfect boiled egg in whichever way you prefer. I am a diabetic and am on egg diet , and I used to struggle in getting the perfect boiled egg. My eggs would either crack open during boiling it and whole pan would be messy or I would end up putting more water or less water and even boiling time was not properly known to me.With this gadget, its simple and exact science applied. The measurements of cup tells you how much water to be added for whatever type of boiled egg firmness one wants. The cup also has a small pin 📌 attached to it to help puncture the eggshell so that it doesn't crack or burst open during boiling operation. Just place water, put eggs on the boil tray and Start machine ..the machine itself doesn't have a start timer and is purely automatic. It starts by itself and will shut off by itself depending upon how much water is there in the bottom pan. The eggs comes out perfect and beautifully done. Already tried soft boil, medium boil and poached egg format. Its simply good. Used for one time. Just pour water and boom it’s work fine . I put water above hard boil stage and feeling it’s still little soft . I guess if I want more hard need to water fill near porch level water

The product is of great quality and it will cook the eggs properly as per the water you put, the water measure flask has marking for Soft, medium and hard boiling the eggs and also for steam the egg in the 4 way tray.Great product, must have for home

Hassle free and does the job! Helps you quickly boil eggs without mess.Ensure to make small holes only so that the egg doesn't spill when you boil and use RO/drinking water to avoid salt accumulation over time.Had a small issue with the boiler after a few months of usage, but the company promptly exchanged the product.

The Poaching tray is plastic and it will have a direct contact with the eggs while poaching at the heated time
