Little rough around the edges
Rough edges but nothing anyone who forges can't clean up with ease.

Do not buy this hardy tool
This hot cut was extremely unsatisfactory. The cutting end rolled and chipped from the get go. After roughly 6 sessions of forging with very light use from this hardy the sha k literally broke off in the hardy hole of my anvil.

may not fit 3/4 hardy hole
What I liked is the price, what I dont like is it will NOT fit the 3/4 hardy in my anvil. Furthermore the bottom where it sits on the anvil is raised so it doesnt sit flat and will damage the hardy after a while. Last is the finish, it needs to be ground smooth and polished. DO NOT expect to use it without putting some work into it. As always buyer beware.

Die cast mystery metal
Fantastic for use as a paperweight or doorstop. Questionable as a cutting tool.Once I ground in an actual edge, it was able to cut rebar and mild steel bar. The shank snapped on the third cut.Recommend buying from a reputable dealer if blacksmithing tools instead.
