Fantastic option for those on a low-carb / high protein diet.
I've been following a high protein nutrition plan for a while to support my training goals and saw these recommended on a YouTube so I thought I'd give them a go.I'm an instant convert! Quick to cook, only take about 5 mins in the pan, and whilst a little different in texture to regular pasta, they taste great and I've been using them on a regular basis to get a quick meal in with a decent protein boost.A bit pricey if bought individually, but as a 6-pack pretty good value for money.Definitely recommended for the health conscious looking for a low carb/high protein alternative to regular pasta.

This brand of black bean spaghetti is delicious.
The taste and the consistency are good. Uncooked the spaghetti looked fragile but it does not disintegrate when cooked, it retains texture and consistency.

Easy to cook and not too much of an earthy taste, as most of these black been pasta products have. Combine with a sauce for taste and some meat and they become a good and healthy meal.
