This is my go to for my gluten free bakery. It is expensive but it is good quality and gluten free. It is easy to use and requires no prep for my royal icing. The consistency depends on how you’re using it but for my icing it’s great. There isn’t a taste really. If you’re flavoring your icing, it’ll be whatever extract you’re using. So, it’s blendable.

Used my first batch of Judees tonight and I’m highly impressed with the quality, taste, and consistency of this powder! My cookies turned out amazing! Soft bite and no craters! I am one happy happy customer that will be a new customer of this wonderful product!! Highly recommend!

Ordered this because I use a lot of egg whites to make cookies but for some reason, this wouldn’t work for me. It might work for others, but it’s still a good product.
