ahhhh Bisto x needs its lid to be secured
Love this product but definitely need look at the packaging as the lid needs to fit more securely need to get the guys at Bisto to correct it aaaaaaah Bisto x

Good Product poor packaging
Everything is great, Bisto is the best!But the packaging is cheap and not secure. We had excess powder in the box and bubble wrap that we could not salvage meaning 700 g less gravy powder.3kg will make 46 litres of gravy, so I will not enjoy 10l of silky gravy 😭 that i would have if it didn't break in transit! 😂Sort out the packaging and it would be 5* price and product!

Great value but be prepared for the contents spilling out in the package en route!
Great value, but they need to address the issue with the packaging. I’m guessing these are trade sized tubs and designed for a more careful delivery than Amazon’s own ‘just chuck it and it will be fine’ 😅We bought one, and the lid had popped off at one corner so the contents had obviously spilled out. We ordered a replacement and the exact same thing happened…but I could t be bothered to go through the process for a refund…please look into how to package this product more successfully, it’s so wasteful and such a shame as it is a great buy. The weight of the powder in that size of container is just far too heavy for the design and quality of the tub.Other than this, Bisto powder is absolutely the best, and far superior to gravy granules. Takes extra effort but it’s worth it

Great product
I was so pleased to find this as it is now difficult to find in supermarkets ( and expensive) but the substitutes don’t come up to scratch. This was fantastic value and arrived promptly and completely intact.
