No. Blue is standard colour for marine cables connections

Q: Will this work on a uk campsite for use inside a tent?

It’s primary use is as a hook up cable between an on site EHU bollard and a caravan. motorhome etc. In the picture, the end of the cable that shows the 3 pins (they are round and not the same shape as a UK 3 pin plug) plugs into the site bollard and the other end has a flap that is hinged and is inserted into the caravan/ motorhome. There are specific mains power units available that plug into a site bollard for camping but are much more expensive than just a hook up cable. Just search on ‘camping mains hook up’.

Q: I fear that I may have ordered a cable that is too short. Can this cable be connected to my existing 10-metre cable to give me a 25-metre cable?

Yes, but you will need to check the current draw, you may not be able to pull 16A over 25m depending on the gauge of your 10m cable.

If your car charger is 13a then this lead is 16a so more than suitable however most car manufacturers do not recommend using any extension cables - check your warrenty in case it invalidates any claims in case of problems.
