Very nice journal!
I really like this self care journal. It's very good quality and enjoyable to use with lots of prompts, a pen holder, good quality paper, some stickers in the back pocket and the journal itself is nice and thick. I definitely would buy again.

I love the self care ideas on the first few pages. It’s undated so you don’t need to write in it everyday or miss dates and feel like you wasted the journal (like diaries). The day part of the planner is the same categories, but the evening/reflection side asks you 2 different questions to actually think about and they’re different on every page. It really gets you thinking. There’s also notes pages at the back which are perfect for brain dumps! Once I’ve filled this up, I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you for such a fantastic product!

Disappointing, unrealistic
I cannot understand some rave reviews of this product! It's not better than any other Clever Fox journal. I have two others for different things. This only has a few differing variations compared to other Clever Fox Journals, disappointing if I'm honest!I don't need to set daily goals and targets I'm not in a work situation where you have to be dynamic & track every success or pitfall!!This does nothing for me, except a huge disappointment. Seriously I would of been better off as before a nice cheap journal with inspiring cover instead of feeling as if I have to be dynamic and on top of everything... Unrealistic.
