This is a great swing set for the price! The swing arrived in sturdy packaging and there were no shipping issues. Delivery was dropped off to my front door so I didn't have to haul the large box all around the house to get to my garage. internal parts packaging is neat and secure and items are well marked. The instructions are easy to understand and made the task of assembly go smoothly. The weight rating of each seat is 200lbs and will accommodate the kids' ages for years to come. The rubber coated chains add protection for their little fingers and help reduce oxidation and rust on the chains. The pipe that makes up the A frame is very sturdy and the welds appear to be in great shape. The external coating/paint is a great color and the application was done flawlessly. The seat attachments are easy to install and the covers provide extra safety for those moving parts. We are very happy with this purchase and recommend this purchase to families. The best is they have customer support based in the USA and are very responsive and helpful. This kids are going to have fun for years to come.

The chain just separated while a 100# child was swinging. Specs said heavy duty but it is not. Only used once a week on Wednesday nite at church function. Luckily no one was hurt.

Awesome big swing set. I graduated my grandkids up for to this bigger swing set. I cemented it in the ground cause they like for pawpaw to push them high. Works great. Good investment.

First, the swing is nice and sturdy, the kids like it. However, when the box arrived, it was ripped, several of the screws/bolts were missing. One of the poles was bent, and another bolt was defective. I notified customer service via email, they requested I provide them with all the missing parts numbers, so they could ship out the missing/defective parts and damaged pole. The kids were disappointed they had to wait for more parts, so thankfully my husband was able to go to the hardware store and buy bolts needed to fix the swingset. He used a tool he had to bend the pole into place. We shouldn't have had to go through all of this. When the replacement parts were delivered, the same issue happened with the bolts and screws being all loose in the box. They are kept as extra parts now, since we purchased additional parts before they arrived. We also bought ground anchors to keep the swing down while the kids are swinging, you will need those and the swing doesn't come with them. A nice swingset, but alot of unnessery hassle for what should've been in the box. I did contact customer service again to let them know about the replacement parts. They sent me a $50 walmart gift card, so that was nice. But if I had to put deal with this without the help of my husband, I would have been upset and went though the hassle to return it. Thankfully it worked out for me. 2 stars because it's a nice swing, but poor packaging and delivery.

The kids love it. I have kids 7 to 18 that play on it, my teens can swing on it with no problem. Easy to put togethe. Not expensive. Only thing negative is it needs stronger ankors.

It’s big and its nice but the one thing i can honestly say is that it’s not sturdy my kids don’t weigh much with a 7 and 9 year old it sways back and forth in the middle looking like its going to fold in were the two brackets that is holding the two bars together where the swings are needs to be better is not that much of a support causing it to sag in the middle honestly wouldn’t buy again
