This is pretty great stuff. Since I’ve been taking I noticed my bottle of Tylenol hasn’t been touched since I bought this & I reach realized not long ago that I go through a bottle of Tylenol PM a month. I typically get migraines & headaches very easily, especially when I don’t eat enough in a day due to a busy schedule or stress etc. However, even with a lower amount of calorie intake in my day I no longer wake up with the aftermath headache or migraine. In addition, I feel a lot more energetic & healthier. I definitely intend on regularly repurchasing & recommending this brand to friends & family. The value & quality compared to similar brands on the market is unmatched.

I find these easy to take and and digest. The first effects I noticed was that I slept better, not longer but better. Also there seemed to be less discomfort at every joint. I take less than half the recommended dosage because that feels right for me.I know some people that are on low iron diets and some of them cannot take these types of capsules.I have now been taking them for more than 2 months so I wanted to base this review on that time period

Felt immediate results! I loved this the product so much that I bought two more bottles to give to my friends! I didn't feel any stomach upset or a bowel issues after taking it. It's a great value for the money and I will definitely buy again

I’ll be honest, I didn’t notice a change using these, and the smell of the pills themselves was so off-putting they ended up in a drawer. That being said I had no negative side-effects and others may not be bothered by the smell!

I bought these for a condition that I have to see if they would help. They have worked great! The serving is 6 capsules but i’ve only been taking two. I have had 0 flareups since taking them where it was almost monthly before. I’d say they are completely worth it depending on what you’re needing them for.

I’ve been taking this for about 6 months and I love the way it makes me feel. I am perimenopausal and this has really help with the mood swings and with my fatigue. Once I didn’t take it for a few days I could really tell. The irregularity of my emotions came back within just 3 days of not taking it. So, ever since then I don’t miss.

I don't know about anybody else, but I have done nothing but sleep since I started takimg this, which was two days ago. I have taken two a day. I can't imagine if I took all 6.

Amazon delivery was absolutely horrible this time and severely damaged the product but these supplements are incredible! I love this product very much. It has definitely had a positive impact on my health my hair my overall energy level. The strength is just right and health benefits are wonderful. Qualities is definitely great and it digest very easy. This is my third time ordering this product and I am so very disappointed with Amazon delivery. The product was severely damaged.
