Wow - better than the original Miele head and much cheaper
The head on my Miele C1 was looking rather worn. Its almost 14 years old but the vacuum cleaner is fine. I looked online for a genuine Miele replacement. Expensive! Saw this Miele compatible head and thought I'd try it. When it arrived I was dubious because it is a different design: it is heaver than the original because it has a supporting pair of wheels and a rotating brush. However, I gave it a go, and wow! Its a perfect fit for the hose, much easier to push along carpet and the rotating brush works well. The head makes a wooshing sound when the head is lifted from the floor (the rotating brush mechanism) but the thing simply runs along the floor. Recommended - be prepared for a slightly heavier head unit.

Excellent
I was sceptical about this! However, it works a treat on a carpet that normally only our old Dyson could clean up. This turbo does even better and it's great on the stair treads as well - attached directly to the flexible tube for easier use. The turbo is a bit noisier but it is a turbo after all - quietens down when on carpet or solid flooring. There is less drag with this model compared to the standard Miele brush head. There is no foot switch to go between carpet and solid flooring. Well worth the money.

What a Fantastic Product
Well I’m am so surprised how well this turbo brush works. After using the original Miele Turbobrush for the last two years and having nothing but problems with it ie with hair always a problem to clear each time off the brush, a constant rattling noise as it goes over the surface, and not being able to open easily to clean out the inside, even Miele couldn’t sort it. After it going away to have a full service it wasn’t long before it was broken again and out of frustration I’d had enough. A new replacement would have been near on £82.00 from Miele so I decided to give this a go. Well I was pleasantly surprised, not only was it lighter, the brushes are much bigger too so the hair doesn’t get wrapped around it to the point of seizing up, it glides better on most carpets and hard floors with ease, and picks more up including dog & cat hair. I would recommend to anyone giving it a go and for a fraction of the price if it’s lasts a year I will be more than happy.

Fits my Miele vacuum no problem
The turbo brush fits my Miele C1 vacuum well. Clicks in where it should. It rotates at such a speed so propels itself along easily on carpets and flooring, it also has a couple of wheels to help things along too. Some of my carpets are thick so it doesn't rotate as well on them but it does make vacuuming easier as the original floor tool kept getting stuck on the carpet with the powerful Miele suction. So the non branded spare part gets the 👍 from me and at a great price. Thanks.

Lasted less than a year
This turbo brush was ok while it was working; not as good as the original Miele brush, but acceptable. Unfortunately, it fell apart in less than a year - a plastic part holding the spinning brush in place broke off and could not be fixed or glued back on. Disappointing.

Ok for a replacement, don’t rely on the brush though
The media could not be loaded. For a replacement head, it’s good for the price but if you’re wanting it for a brush head, you need a motorised one. Use this on anything but a tile or laminate floor and the brush makes very little difference. Any resistance posed by a carpet, thin or thick pile, and it just slows right down.
