This is a good pump for basement needs. Multiple inlets help to connect bathroom sinks and etc. Customer service is very helpful. They keep up the communication well over emails and phone calls.

2 points to highlight:1) Two days before scheduled delivery, we realized the shipping address was incorrect. We contacted Amazon, FedEx, and MaceratingFlo.M-Flo picked up the ball and was able to successfully reroute the product to the correct address. M-Flo's customer service was nothing short of outstanding. They worked with FedEx, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.We also received follow-up calls after delivery to ensure we in fact received the shipment at the corrected address. These folks really went out of their way to help us with the address change & keep us informed.#2) This product is exactly what we needed for our limited space and existing plumbing. We've used it for just over a week now. It has performed very well so far, and has a fairly low pump noise. The installer had no problems setting it up.The only thing I would caution about is to not place too much weight on the commode seat & lid, as they feel less sturdy than the rest of the unit.This was a very positive experience, and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Product was as advertised. We were so glad to find this solution for our basement! It was an easy and practical solution for basement plumbing and our recent remodel.

Very nice substitute for Saniflo - and several $$$ lower cost. It's quiet, efficient, and relatively easy to install.Some comments I read on this macerator were that it is loud. I disagree; it's certainly not an issue. (I put the macerator in the closet behind the toilet, but with it being so quiet, I wouldn't hesitate to install it in the bathroom [with the plumbing hidden in the wall] if there's ever a 'next time'.)The plumber said this was his first install of an upflush system and he was happy with the ease of installation. Some of the instructions could have used some greater detail and or graphics, but we figured it out.Minor issues are lack of escutcheons (I had to look that up! LOL) for covering the hole in the wall behind the toilet or behind the macerator; toilet seat isn't worth the weight to ship it (it'll be tossed very soon), and the water level in the tank means sometimes multiple flushes are required to clear all waste.All in all - a very good investment I think. We'll see how it performs in the months and years to come.

This is the perfect fit for our basement came with all the parts I needed absolute game changer for plumbing without a sewer line. I would totally install it again.

installed toilet directions suck, seat dont stay up wingnuts hit toilet when installing tank, leaks at pump to toilet flange tried everything to get it stop no luck. Been calling telephone number that came with it for 3 days all i get is no ring it says user busy. left message online for 24 hour call back no call back . found out its a chinese company figures why does amazon let these kind of companies sell products. read other reviews said great tech support thats a bunch of bull.
