I've been using this curcumin for a month, and I can feel a difference in my overall wellness. The absorption seems to be better with this formula, which is a plus. It's a bit expensive, but considering its health benefits, I’d say it’s worth it.

I wanted Longvida curcumin specifically, without the curcumin, and I want to take only one capsule daily. I got all of this with these capsules and at a decent price.

These orange capsules were of reasonable size to swallow, which can be an issue with large capsules for me. I like that they were made in the U.S. (New York). I bought them because I have been taking turmeric + curcumen supplements for quite a while and was curious if curcumen alone would be more effective.

This is a bottle of 30 pills, good for a month's worth of doses. I think that the price is a little high for this amount of curcumin capsules. There are other, more affordable brands with the same amount of curcumin. I don't appreciate that there's maltodextrin and 2 anti-caking agents in the capsules. It's inside capsules, who cares if it cakes. It will break down in your digestive system. I'd rather have the ingredients cake than have silica in my system. I will continue to use them, since I do have inflammation that needs help.I do use it to help with pain in my joints, and inflammation in my body. Curcumin has always been a big help when I want a natural way to reduce inflammation.I don't find these to be any better than other brand I've taken. The pills are easy to swallow, there's no taste and I haven't had any kind of side effects.

Longvida is my very favorite curcumin extract. It's extremely high bioavailability, and is the curcumin product with the most research on it for brain health. Most studies I've seen use 400mg per day, so this 500mg per tablet product is excellent. They actually recommend 1000mg (2 tablets) per day, which I'm a little confused by as this dosage seems excessive, and for this reason I just take 1 tablet per day.It works well to keep my inflammation at bay, but I am more interested in it's benefits for brain health, mood, and cognitive function. I haven't noticed any acute affects but the science is sound and it's a very good curcumin product.Overall - it's a great value for Longvida curcumin;. I would definitely recommend it.

Since October, 2017, I've been purchasing Doctor's Best Curcumin Phytosome with Meriva, 500 mg. It seems to be a good product at a decent price compared to other brands. The Meriva formula is supposed to absorb better than previous formulas using BioPerine.This Natures Plus PRO Longvida Curcumin seems to be a good product that contains 500mg of Longvida Curcumin, standardized to 23% (115mg) of curcuminoids per capsule. I've been taking this supplement at the labled dosage (one tablet) every day for about a month and I've suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can't say that I've noticed anything, but I feel that supplements like this are more for long term health.It goes without saying that with all of these supplements, YMMV.
