Worthy of Qty / Quality and Price
Arrived today and added straight into my routine. I see a few complaints or comments on size of the tablet. It isn't that big and has a half half break line if need to snap to ease of use. Has that mineral taste but it doesn't linger if you Drink with a full glass of water or your favour shake etc as instructed. Based on ingredients and levels, I have no doubt this is a good product. Worthy value for money if you compare to other brands.

Good
Very large pill, slightly salty taste, but I break them in half and they are easier to swallow. Has improved my leg caps and helped with digestion. Would buy them again.

The tablet itself is far too large. Nearly an inch in size.
Can't comment on the effectiveness of these as I have just recieved them but quick reviews doe others befoew buying they are the largest tables I've ever seen and I'm on a lot of medication! Nearly and inch in size see image. I managed to swallow them but it made me apprehensive enough to know if I continue to use them I will look elsewhere next for a smaller tablet.

Good ingredients and price
Excellent tablets. These have all the ingredients in the same or higher quantities then the previous brand I was using (brand name begins with NV) except the talets also contain Magnesium Citrate which is preferable to Megnesium Oxide due to better absorption. They are also easier to swallow although they are not small talets.

These seem to be very good but only had them a few days to soon to comment.like the packaging the tablets are a bit on the large side not always easy to swallow
