I bought and they seem to be helping with joint pain and sleep. I am older and magnesium is one of the vitamins that is needed more as we age. Glad I got it and will keep using. I also take a handful of supplements daily.

I don’t write reviews but I had to for this product. I cannot believe the amount of energy I have after only taking this for a week! I hope the way I’m feeling continues because this stuff has been a life changer. I have significantly decreased head aches and energy that lasts all day with no lulls. Price is great and no stomach discomfort.

This works well. Try one for a couple days. Add another if it doesn’t work yet. You’ll know when it’s too much. Nothing has worked better. I’ve tried everything. Been using for over a year.

I use other Qunol products and decided to give these a try but have not noticed much of a difference in my sleep pattern but the quality of sleep seems to have improved. I am retired military and spent many years as a shift worker so, having an interrupted sleeping pattern is sort of normal for me but, being able to sleep soundly is an improvement. Maybe with time, things will gradually improve and I will sleep more than a few hours at a time.

My kids take this magnesium daily. It does not upset their stomach like some and it’s a good value for a great trusted company.
