Very effective
The muscle in the jaw are working very hard and after use the JVR even for 5 minutes I can feel the hard work the muscle have done and results are clear after one or two days. This is my experience of course. I am very pleased and I used once a week. I do not want an oversized Jaw, just meantine my jaw line.

Poor design
Have used other draw trainers with great effect. This one though is badly designed. As u bite down it slips or falls out ur mouth. Have tried holding it in but it then slips out sideways. Iv found it almost impossible to use.

Shoots out your mouth when you first try, but you get the hang shortly after. A couple of minutes chewing and your jaw will be aching.I keep mine in the car and have a chew each day.

Questionable design
The media could not be loaded. I wrote a whole review but yeah, never saved for some reason so here is a shortened (it's still long) versionGood product - the intention to restore jaw strength, assist in eradercating mouth breathing and reducing snoring. Yes it has help with that so it's a successful purchase however, Biting creates some what of a inner cheek exfoliation and I'm not too sure how I feel about it.As force is applies, the JVR expands making the holes wider while pressing the against inner cheek. This forces little pockets of skin into the holes. Upon the release of tension, it contracts pinches the skin on it's return to form resulting in a not so expected experience. Think of pulling your tongue from ice.Not sure how I feel about it at this stage. If it's a me thing and I needed a mouth scrub out then fine otherwise will be seeking alternatives in the future

The Best I've Used - Here's Why
I've had several jaw exercisers in the past, but I haven't thought much of them. This one is different, and I rate it highly. The difference is in the design. My previous exercisers were shaped like mini fat donuts, and they only made contact with my front teeth. They were difficult to keep in place, and the bite strips kept coming out. It was a hassle, and they made my front teeth ache. In contrast, this one-piece exerciser sits under all your teeth, spreading the pressure evenly and allowing for a longer exercise routine for your jaw muscles. It's comfortable to use, and being made of silicone, is body safe, and has no taste. It's a reasonable adult size, so might feel slightly large in your mouth if you're petite or a teenager. It makes me look silly with it stuffed in my mouth, and I dribble a bit (it's normal when using these) but it definitely helps to tone my jawline. It comes with a handy storage case too. You just need to wash your exerciser thoroughly in soap and hot water after use, then dry before returning it to the case. It's also a fact that bone loading helps strengthen the bones being worked. There are whole books written about this topic. You'll notice that people who have lost all their teeth tend to suffer from a steadily receding lower jaw, as the bone withers, due to the decrease of loading. Bone tissue is maintained through use, just like muscles, so this exerciser is likely to strengthen your mandible (jaw bone) as well as improving the jaw muscles and reducing fat in that area. No wonder jaw exercisers are popular! This is the 45lb resistance version, and there's a softer 35lb version on offer too. They're more expensive than many budget sets, but in my opinion far better, for the reason I mentioned above. If you want a jaw exerciser, this is a great investment, and I happily recommend it to you.

Okay if you don't have a narrow bite
Okay if you don't have a narrow bite like me. Keeps projecting out of my mouth when under tension due to this issue.
