Trustworthy and Effective
I have been a user of various omega-3 supplements over the years, and I recently decided to try Inessa Omega-3 Fish Oil after I discovered the Red Krill Oil I was taking did not have nearly enough DHA or EPA.Inessa has a great reputation as a trustworthy brand delivering high-quality omega-3 fish oil, and I know the brand is good as I take the Advanced biotic complex. I only wish their brand was a little bit more affordable so I could purchase more of their supplements. One of the standout features of Inessa Omega-3 Fish Oil is its commitment to transparency. The product is sourced from premium-quality wild-caught fish, and the detailed information provided on the label instills confidence in the consumer. The brand goes the extra mile to ensure that users are well-informed about the origin and purity of the fish oil they are consuming, which is a crucial factor when choosing a supplement.Inessa also stands out for its commitment to sustainability. The brand places a strong emphasis on responsible fishing practices and ensuring that their products have minimal impact on the environment. This eco-conscious approach adds an extra layer of trust for consumers who are not only concerned about their health but also the health of our planet.

No Fishy Burps - high quality fish oil
I can confirm this fish oil is high quality if a little on the expensive side. I had my thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer and my triglycerides have been shooting through the roof. I eat a moderately healthy diet but not super healthy, do have the odd takeaway but trying to cut down. I eat porridge every morning in water and a bit of milk, and I have lentils for lunch and chicken for dinner. I am going to try and take 2 of these every day and then report back to the Doctor in a months time and see what happens. So far, reviews on all fish oil suggest you need 3000mg of EPA/DHA combined, and this one contains 800 mg (480 EPA, and 360 DHA). Secondly, the Omega 3 in the bottle is from TRIGLYCERIDE which means it absorbs better in the body and is more available. Thirdly, I did a test to see how FRESH the oil is inside by making a small hole in one and smelling the fish oil - I can confirm it is fresh and it does not smell fishy or off. I then 'sucked' out the oil and swallowed it as a test to see, and there were no fishy burpy smells as I have had in very cheap £8.00 fish oils in those clear plastic bags. In fact, studies show that ingesting fish oils that are 'off' can lead to further diseases. I also recommend you having a slice of fresh salmon a week or twice a week, as salmon contains 3000-5000mg of your full requirement of Omega 3 (wheras tablets are only 800mg, and these are the more higher priced ones.) I used to notice, why did I feel better after having a slice of salmon sometimes??, and I realised it was reducing inflammation in the body, and the omega 3 was doing its job. I will report back on my triglyceride levels. They are currently 16.8 (that's SUPER high by the way as they should be around 1-2 max! WIll come back to this and report back. Thank you
