I loved the way Ramit is able to take culturally hot topics such as finances and relationships and bring them to light for the good of people. Instead of living in fear of these conversations, this book helps to face them head on in order to be healthier, more prepared, and stronger as a couple. This is a great book for both people with money problems and those without!

Finally got the book after listening to his great podcast for the last few months. The book (and podcast!) are so full of practical and easy to follow financial advice. Thanks to the book, I’ve made some changes to the way I think about and manage my money that have already made such a big difference for me and my family. Thank you Ramit!

If you're like me, I prefer an audiobook. Ramit reads it himself. I listened to it first, but wanted something to have in hand.Note though - If you get Ramit emails or have read his other book, there's only a little bit of new information here that pertains to couples. I gained most of the ahas from his original I'll teach you to be rich book. He's down to earth and has some great ideas and concepts.

I am returning this book I recently received due to significant damage. The spine of the book is severely damaged, with a noticeable split causing the pages to become loose.Additionally, the back cover and several pages are bent, and the four corners of the book are also bent and misshapen.This is particularly disappointing because I pre-ordered this book and was excited to read it as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately, due to the extent of the damage, I am unable to keep the item in its current condition.I glanced through some of the chapters, and once again, Ramit does not disappoint. He perfectly blends humor with solid education, making for an enjoyable and easy-to-read experience. His writing style keeps you engaged while imparting valuable insights. That said, I’ll definitely be picking up this book in a bookstore instead of ordering it on Amazon. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn with a smile.

The book covers a topic that needs more attention and provides helpful tips, but the author drops a bomb with: "And then, the graver question, the one that's really difficult to ask: 'Is this the best partner you could have for your financial life for the next 20, 30, 40 years?'"If you're in a marriage going through financial stress and your spouse isn't on the same page, telling that person to imagine living their next 30 to 40 years feeling like they feel now essentially plants the seed for divorce.
