I purchased this bed for my husband's convalesence at home after his discharge from the hospital. This bed performed the same functions as his hospital bed, as far as raising his back and legs. The height was perfect for him. The mattress that came with the bed was good and sturdy, but I added a thick, twin bamboo mattress topper (another Amazon buy) for his comfort. The night light under the bed helped when he initially woke during the night. It wasn't too bright or too dim.When the box arrived, it was heavy for this 66-year old woman to lift but I could push it to where I needed it to be. It took me 2 hours to unbox and assemble the bed. When I saw that the cords dangled onto the floor, I added cord clips under the frame to hold them in place. The side bars were a great help too. At first, I had the covers on, but I later removed them so my husband could easily grab onto the bars to help him rise up and get out of bed. In all, a fantastic buy.

This is a review of the customer service. I ordered this bed for my parent and I received it but never put it together. Then my parent ended up being given a similar bed through health insurance and I worked with eshine on returning the product. Eshine gave me the return prepayed shipping labels and I was able to schedule an easy at home pickup instead of lugging the heavy packages to fedex. The refund came promptly. I would order from them again based on how the return process progressed.

The 6 inches mattress is missing!!

This bed is my mother‘s – she is in an assisted living home. She says she sleeps like a baby. Doesn’t describe it anymore than that but that’s the ultimate goal so it’s been excellent!I love the remote how it has all the functions labeled as the word. Not just a picture. It says – light, up, down- Best for her. It’s very cool that when you press the light, it glows blue underneath the bed which illuminates the floor in her room.Arrived very fast. My husband was able to put it together within an hour or so.

This bed is of a much higher quality than I expected for $600. It is very functional and works flawlessly. The preset positions are great. The mattress is very comfortable, soft yet firm. I purchased the single sized bed which is more than adequate for me. I am 5’ 7” and 150lbs. For a larger person you may want a longer or larger bed. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this for my elderly parents. The height is perfect for them to get in and out of bed. My dad really likes the head raise feature so that he can read in bed. Highly recommended.
