Great exercise for my wife's waist and booty.
Works well and is entertaining with a Hula hoop type action. The exercise is great for my wife's waist and booty. It is a little noisy.

Eh...
To be honest it's just awkward for me to use right now and I think that's because I'm a little too heavy to do this. I think I'm going to try again when I have lost a little bit more inches through other exercises that I'm doing. The biggest trouble I'm having is that my house is kind of cramped and so I can't find somewhere where it has the range I need to actually swing this thing around confidently. I'm too paranoid I'm going to slam it into something. Which means the only place I could do this is outside and I'm not sure I want my neighbors watching me do that lol. And I do see how people have the concerns about cheap construction because they absolutely should have made the wheels system a lot more sturdy. The irony is I've seen these things in all kinds of price ranges and all of them seem to have that cheap construction with the wheel system that is inside that helps maneuver the weight to go around. They all seem to be made with cheap plastic. Therefore at this time I can make no comment as to whether or not it actually helps you tone your waist and lose weight. Nor can I comment on the longevity of this product.

Loud/it broke within 45 days of use
Update: 45 days after I started using the hoop one of the wheels popped off and I can't use it anymore. Garbage, don't buy it!Original post: This is my second hoop, I had another different one that broke and I decided to get this one instead of ordering another one that would eventually break like the first one. I read reviews that said it was loud and thought "how loud can it be?" the answer is very! Way more than my last one. Only 2 pluses over the last is the velcro belt thing is nicer than the last one and I like the way the links are connected (that's what broke in my last one). Good for exercise but it's loud.
