I've looked into these when my mother was having cardiovascular issues and put on blood thinners. Nattokinase came up as an addition or alternative to stronger medications for cardiovascular health and blood thinning. I can't speak to the efficacy since I am not a doctor, but I've observed that this in combination with a healthy diet seems to keep the problems I was experiencing at bay.The pills themselves are small and not horse sized, no odd smell, aftertaste, or stomach discomfort.8/10 I would recommend it. I got this because I take Nattokinase for the benefits it may have in regards to circulation especially with its possible interaction with arterial plaque. In animal studies it has been noted that supposedly Nattokinase affects plaque by directly hydrolyzing fibrin and plasma substrate by converting prourokinase to urokinase. For those not familiar with it an easier way to understand the idea of what the studies are supposedly observing is the plaque structure appears to become weaker. While it is far from conclusive, from the studies I have seen it looks to be encouraging IMO. I have read many testimonies where supposedly according to test results of before and after, some individuals achieved improvement and sometimes the amount of supposed improvement reported was surprising to me. Unlike the studies there is no way of knowing the degree of accuracy and truthfulness with these purported claims but it could be an indication of the usefulness of this ingredient IMO especially considering the chemical resulting interactions it has possibly demonstrated according to the scientist. It is for this reason I take this supplement hoping to support my cardio health with it. I actually have a test scheduled in two weeks to check my cardio health and I look forward to seeing where I stand with that. I really like this brand Vimerson because they disclose they use globally sourced ingredients which they legitimately third party lab test. And on the bottom of their bottles it has a lot number which corresponds to the batch that was tested. While I have no idea how big a batch is I like knowing what in is my bottle was from a batch that was tested. This gives me the confidence that I like to have with my supplement that it is a quality product that may help me with my health goals. These were easy to take and I had no sides.
