This is a great product ever!! I feel it’s a tab bit pricey, but it is well worth it. I like the fact it is a timed released cranberry supplement product, and only requires that I only take one tablet twice per day. I have taken the supplement before eating, and had to negative side affects.I prefer to take supplements instead of drinking 8 oz of glasses of cranberry juice daily. It’s just easier for me. I also find the supplements so convenient, especially when traveling.I use Nature’s Plus Ultra supplements as a detox regimen. With this I take two tablets one in morning and one at evening. I stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and/or 8-oz. glasses of cranberry juice to flush out toxins. I detox for about seven to ten days, and also I have plenty of fresh vegetables to eat while I am detoxing. My skin clears up and my eyes are bright, and I am full of energy. The best part after detoxing is the compliments I get.I occasionally suffer from UTI and I have found Nature's Plus - Ultra Cranberry to be the best in rectifying the problem. During this time I usually take two tablets three times a day, for three consecutive days. Within two days I have relief. By the third day I have no UTI problems what-so-ever. I continue for the next four days with just taking one tablet three times a day.I have tried other cranberry supplements but none has given me the results the way Nature Plus Ultra has.

I never had a UTI until after menopause and then they came like a plague. I tried the usual: juices(organic sugar-free), changed to airy cotton underwear, cranberry supplements, bathing in alcohol (just kidding...but I fear it was coming eventually). About 3 years ago, at work, I got that "Oh no not again" feeling and just got so depressed. At home I started looking through the supplements on Amazon that had 100% positive ratings and at least 5 or 6 reviews. Nature's Plus came up and so I tried it. I started taking them after another round of antibiotics and held my breath. The UTI's STOPPED!!! About 3 months ago I ran out of Nature's Plus and just grabbed another brand (very strong mgs in a capsule)at the health food store and within in 2 - 3 weeks I had a UTI brewing. Yet another round of antibiotics and back on the Nature's Plus and I am, so far, fine. This is a wonderful brand! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Maybe it is just my particular body chemistry, but this supplement is outstanding. By the way, when I was at the Dr's office it was commented on that I had been so UTI free for so long, what happened? I told them, at least for me, it wasn't just getting any cranberry supplement but this brand.

I like the extended release feature. Previously it was available in capsule form which I prefer. Currently it is in tablet form and difficult to swallow.

I’ve bought these for years in a bottle of 90 and the dose was one tablet daily and suddenly the new bottle comes with 180 tablets and the directions say 2 tablets twice a day? It looks like the same exact dosage per tablet so I’m confused.

As an elderly woman, after a severe UTI, my urologist recommended that I take cranberry tablets for the rest of my life to prevent the recurrence of urinary tract infections. That was 5 years ago and I have taken only one of these tablets once a day since then and I have not had a single UTI. Understand that these are a preventative and not a cure. He explained that a good quality cranberry tablet taken regularly will help clear out fibers inside the urinary tract that develop as people age. He said that these fibers trap infection and by eliminating or reducing the fibers in the tract you are less likely to get infection there. After 5 years and infection free, I would say that has worked well for me. I highly recommend this brand of ultra strength so that I only take one tablet a day.

This is my second order, I love this product so much!! I had issues 2 years ago with recurring UTI's annd was always on antibiotics. Hated taking all those meds so I began drinking cranberry juice and it helped alleviate some of the problems so I wanted a stronger more concentrated form. I ordered Natures Plus Ultra Cranberry and began taking it and seriously, NOT ONE UTI infection in 2 years! Oh I've had the beginnings of a couple but extra doses stopped it in its tracks! Extremely pleased with this product and it is a constant in my house now!
