We have only had this a short time, but so far so good! It came super fast and once unwrapped, it took shape very quickly. We bought it for a vacation home and my son says it’s very comfortable. I appreciate that it’s not heavy, so it’s easy to change the sheets. Naturally the edges won’t feel firm when you sit down like the edges of a spring coil mattress, but that’s the nature of a foam mattress.

I’ve purchased three of these mattresses within the last two yrs due to moving multiple times (two of the original version and most recently this newer version). They’ve all been very comfortable but I do think this new version is the best in terms of comfort and its ability to regain its shape super quickly and evenly after being unpackaged. Highly recommend this brand of mattress.

This is such a nice mattress. I can’t believe I only paid $600 for it. It feels like a premium mattress. It’s not too hard or too soft, it’s just right. It was something I was worried about when I purchased this. I really hate most memory foam mattresses in the market, because over time, they tend to sag.I waited for a while before I decided to write my review, because I wanted to see if it would sag. But it’s delightfully comfortable and still as great as when I first tried it. I’m very impressed by it. I used to sleep on a beautyrest BLCK before this, and that’s a great mattress, but it’s really expensive. When I moved, I needed something good, but within my budget.This bed in a box delivered! I’m so glad, I feel like I have definitely gotten a good return on my investment with this mattress.It was very easy to set up. All you have to do is open the box, roll it out into an open space, and tear the plastic wrapping off. The mattress starts inflating as soon as you do. I put it on the floor so it would inflate at a completely level surface. I went on a business trip, and I came back, it was ready to use. I mounted it on my bed. It looks great.I’m fairly average in weight and height. I sleep on this alone, and it’s really great. I think another average sized person would sleep well on here with me. I don’t feel hot, but then again, I bought this mattress at the start of a very cold, bitter winter. I did put a mattress protector on it, which could also be why I don’t feel hot.The warranty was why I bought this mattress and not any other bed in a box. I felt at ease spending the money. I read other reviews of people remarking about how expensive this mattress is. I don’t get it. It’s a great value. You sleep most of your life, it’s the place you spend the most time in, get something good.

So far its been good. But anything is an improvement from our decade old coil mattress. I have noticed that we are much hotter at night. So adjusting to that and trying to navigate that part. But its very firm which is what we were looking for. Will update if need be as its only been a month.

Easy to set up. Be prepared to wait a day before using. It inflates and fluffs up over 2 or 3 days. We find it comfortable and does a good job of keeping the other person from feeling you toss and turn. Good support. Very happy with this mattress. Thickness is good and no smell

Thick and comfortable mattress. You can’t feel partner moving next to you. It takes about 12 hours to leave a body indent I know because when I got Covid I didn’t move from that spot in bed, but I moved to my husband’s side for about 1 hour and it popped back up. I’m happy with my purchase.

The mattress is AMAZING! I was sleeping on a temperpudic and waking up with horrible back pain every single night!!! I set up the mattress very easily and by myself! I suggest putting it on top of your bed to let it do its thing but mine pretty much took its shape right away. It still needed to fill out a bit on the corners so I did let it sit for 24 hours but it filled out perfectly! Also the cooling on the premium is amazing! Very cooling and cozy all at the same time! I ordered a bed cover for the mattress because I obviously don’t want to stain it but….it is preventing me from feeling the coziness of the nectar cooling so I may just take it off and return it and just be extra careful. Also for reference, I ordered the king size in premium. In the pictures you can see the top corners did not completely fill when first opened, i would say it took about 48 hours for those to completely fill out but it did end up filling out and it’s perfect on all corners now. I know this review is all over the place but in case this helps, I do have two herniated discs in my lower back and this mattress has helped me immensely. I was waking up in horrible pain and it’s been almost 3 weeks now sleeping on this mattress and I am pain free in the morning and most of the day and not waking up so stiff all over my body either! I also added the Amazon pick up service and that was great as well. They took the old mattress at the time of delivering this one, they were really fast and it is much cheaper than paying another company to come do it for you and also very convenient! Oh and one last thing, I did not notice any smell when I opened the mattress at all!

Good deal, good for most too but I am hot normally and like a firmer one so I returned and bought Premier version.The return to Amazon in window allowed was frustrating as it took 3 calls and 17 days to schedule. The 3rd call got to higher up who told me I had to fill out a Maersk Carrier Form which link to was emailed with all the numbers required to fill. Then the carrier scheduled to come in 2 days! The return system never mentioned a form or link to it only that carrier will call or email to schedule soon. Bugged ststem.
