Better than expected!
I got to admit when buying furniture from Amazon and for that price, I wasn’t expecting much. However, I am more than impressed, with these chairs. Ordering was smooth and shipping and delivery no problems. Chairs were super easy to setup and assemble, didn’t even need the instructions. Chairs are beautiful, and bigger than I expected. The “leather” is buttery soft. The heat and massagers work well and the chair is extra cushioned and comfortable. It rocks and reclines smoothly. When fully extended my feet do not hang off the end 😍. The arm rest is a little different than I expected but it’s no problem. Glad I chose the brown instead of the black too, I was going back and forth with that for a while. The chocolate brown is very pleasing, and really compliments the room.

The recliner is awesome.
I didn't buy it for the messager. If that is what you are looking for this is not for you. The messager is weak and horrible. The chair is exactly what I wanted. I love the swivvel rocker and it is very relaxing as a recliner. I have fell asleep in it à few times.

Poorly manufactured
Rocking, Reclining, and relaxing are NOT possible. But you can sit in it like a stationary seat if you want. Thats about all you can comfortably do. I have had 2 different people put this together in case the 1st one did it wrong. Apparently its just the quality of the recliner. It doesn't recline all the way.The cup holders arent deep enough. The reason this matters, well if you put a cup in it and sit up from your (semi) reclined position, the momentum slings your cup to the floor. (A cup holder in any of my other recliners/couches is 4-5" deep. This one 2")Plus the intensity (massage) and heat are minimal even on the highest setting.So, just take all these things into account. I wish I would have given more consideration to the reviews before me.

The media could not be loaded. Great buy, nice chair. Soft comfortable nice size but the reclining doesn’t let out all the way
