The screen is plenty large enough, bright enough, and picture quality is good. Setup is a little quirky but not horrible. Once it is set up, then you transfer photos from your photo over the internet to the frame. I like that it can be used as a clock or weather or photo frame.I only have 2 real dings on the product. There is, what I assume is, an anti-glare coating (film) on the screen, but out of the box there are few sections on the screen that are not stuck properly. I can't tell if this is a protective shipping coating that I peel off or it if is supposed to stay stuck on. The next point is that this is for table top (or shelf) only use. The base is super wide, so it is stable and wont fall over, but can't be wall mounted.SETUPThe first step it to attach it to your network, then name the device. Like most devices these days, you next have to install an app on your phone (android in my case) and then pair it with a QR code. This did not work in my case, the QR code never came up on the frame. My router kept blocking the device. So I had to set up a less secure network connection (hot spot) to get the frame set up initially. Afterwards it worked fine back on my real network. Meanwhile, the phone app would lock up when trying to send pictures to the frame. I downloaded new firmware on the frame (About / Check for Updates), and then rebooted the frame and the phone, and now they both work well.I like that you can add more memory if needed. However, the included 32GB is probably fine. The app seems to downscale the images to the frame.MY MAIN USEI will keep it in my home office for a few weeks to break it in, then I will most likely set it up at my In-Laws and enable all the kids / grandkids to send pictures to it remotely.PROS- Good Size- Easy Touch Screen Menu- Can be used as an alarm clock / weather station / and more than just photos- Bright Screen- Good ResolutionCONS- Not wall mountable (without a shelf)- Protective Film not firmly attachedRECOMMENDATIONI would recommend the frame for its overall value and performance.

I had purchased another 21.5" digital frame and the main screen was a menu board... not very attractive at all. You had to manually start a "slideshow" that was just picture after picture one after another. Not a great interface.This Digital Frame was set up more like a "virtual picture viewer" then just a slide show. You can set up how long you want the picture to stay up on the screen and there is a variety of transitions that the pictures change. I have ours set for 5 minutes between change so the frame looks more like a picture frame and not just a screen saver.The program for uploading photos is simple and easy to use. I have several family members regularly uploading photos to the frame for my wife to discover. Interesting additional item that I did not see on any others is you can upload messages for birthdays, holidays, and just to say HI to the frame. There is an icon in the upper right of the frame that shows that you have a message.Overall, just what i was looking for.... a Picture Frame that looked like a large photo for my wife's office. This was a great buy!

The worst digital frame ever had .Unknown product and technical support without knowledge and customer service very careless when you ask question about product.Very unhappy overall .
