Cast Alloy Round Drain Grate Gully Grid Cover - 6" 151mm x 10mm

Inherited existing drain covers on moving house. Perfect fit out of strong cast metal. I painted it black with metal paint to make it look more attractive and hopefully reduce rusting. I bought two, one for each drain cover to replace brittle plastic ones that were dangerous to walk over. Measurements are true. I ordered a different product before this but the measurements were not true, so did not fit and were returned.

Had a drain that wasn't completetly round. This cover, being made of an alloy, was easy to cut, and within a minute I had chopped a little bit off the edge for a perfect fit. Very pleased.

I've been looking for a metal drain cover for ages – I can't use a plastic one because the drain is set below the level of the drive surface and the plastic cracks immediately there is any weightput on it. The cover is more robust and better looking in real life than it appears in the picture The cover turned up quickly and does the job – not a lot you can say about a metal drain cover. It would be nice if they had an option to buy in black. At the moment the shiny silver alloy stands out a bit in the drive, but I suspect this will fade over time.

I found this cover to be smaller than the one it was replacing so it's not a straight swop. Measure carefully!

Great product for the price. Really effective.

Decent fit and appears to be well made

I needed to be able to cut this to let a basin waste pipe enter the drain through the grill, the design allowed me to do this easily and the result was perfect, still strong enough to do the job it was intended to do even after adjustment.
