Excellent MAHA cookbook!
This book is authored by Casey Means, it looks like she is going to be our next Surgeon General. Reading through this, you can see why. Common sense tips that will teach you how to start creating your own MAHA healthy dishes. This isn't just full of recipes, but excellent information on how to change your whole diet. MAHA before MAHA came to be. It's a must-read!!!

At first glance I didn’t like it, but then I read her reasoning behind the fact that there are no color pictures, and I LOVE it!!!!

I’ve liked it so far-haven’t had a chance to make any of the recipes and am sad there are no pictures but it seems very informative!

Meal Plan Needs Editing
We were so excited to try the 120-day meal plan. So far we are on week 1 and we followed the shopping list from the meal plan, yet a number of items from the associated recipes were missing, which resulted in us having to go back to the store. In addition it's frustrating that the 120-day meal doesn't list the page numbers of the specific recipe. Feels like the meal plan could have benefitted from a bit of editing. Otherwise, the recipes look yummy and we are excited to try them.
