best supplement for weight loss
A friend of mine had used this brand of berberine before and said it was very good for insulin resistance and made me lose weight. I bought it for a few days to try it because my stomach is sensitive and when I tried it I had no stomach problems and I even felt it start to show itself in a short time and bought it right away and even now I feel the difference. I will have my blood tests done and let you know about my insulin balance and whether I lost weight after regular use.

Berberine
I noticed it gave me energy to do more of my work out and yard work! Easy to take! Haven’t noticed any weight loss though! And won’t know if it helped with my cholesterol till I do a blood test! I did order a second bottle, almost done with my first! So we’ll see!

Bought after recommendation
Purchased this because of doctor recommendation - supposed to be an alternative to metformin, and more natural. Probably needs a while to show results, but the product looks good. Comes in a plastic bottle in case anyone is wondering.

Don't take Berberine, take Dihydroberberine
I took this product for a short period of time (3 weeks). Then, after reading all of the online information about the new and improved Berberine (Dihydroberberine) I stopped taking it and replaced it with Dihydroberberine. Berberine is a good product, but it has several drawbacks. You have to take large doses and it enters the body very slowly. The new Dihydroberberine can be taken in much smaller doses and is absorbed into the body 5x better.
