I received the item very quickly. It feels really nice in your hands it is definitely high-quality for the price.The box did not include any instructions, so I originally attached the hose on the wrong ends and the mount that you put on the wall to put it on would not fit. All I had to do is switch the hose around and screw them into the opposite direction and that fixed the problem. (The part with the nut goes into the pipe on the wall)My hose was leaking when I put it on, so I happened to have a small little black rubber washer in my tool box that I put inside the end that connects to the pipe in the wall. Yippee no leaking at all now… so that might be something for you to purchase if you think you have a slight leak coming from the hose.I haven’t used the shower head yet, but I’m so excited to have clean, purified water because the water in my neighborhood is not the greatest.I highly recommend purchasing this product!!

I'm serious this shower head will change your life. I replaced my old one with this in minutes. The volume is amazing. I can rinse my hair so much faster. Plus, the on off feature saves water while you apply shampoo and soap! My old one was one of those water saver ones which actually used more water. Go figure! Get out of my bathroom Government. I'm ordering a second one for the other bathroom. Highly Recommended!

I am so disappointed with this. The water pressure is not as good as my old shower head. No i will not purchase this product again.
