Finally this fixed it! Here’s to lots more years with this Weber grill!
After months of trying new tank, new regulator, cleaning the burners, cleaning the valve orifice with a sewing pin, calling Weber and on and on … I replaced this in 10 minutes and everything is great again! Big, hot flames! No more flickering and weak flames and blowing out! Yay!

Converted Weber Q3200 from NG to LP!
The media could not be loaded. Converted Weber Q3200 from NG to LP! So I received a Q3200 grill as a work anniversary gift. I put it all together and was quite proud of myself. I went and purchased propane, and then when I went to connect it, the connector was not a match. Looking closer at the Q3200 it is a natural gas grill. I don’t need a natural gas grill, I don’t want a natural gas grill. I don’t have natural gas. And I’ve owned many grills over the years. My bad that I didn’t notice. I took a chance and purchased this part and just finished grilling some patties with propane. Instructions were great and it works fantastic.

Works as advertised!
Great way to add some life to an existing grille. Together with new burners, I think we will get another ten years of life out of this grille, at only about 1/4 the cost of a comparable new grille.

Better than original Weber valve
My Weber grill Q300 is roughly 10 year's old and noticed the slow deteriorating performance of the old original regulator. At first I thought it was an issue with the propane tank but Webers excellent tech support set me straight. I was able to obtain this new OEM Weber regulator from Amazon the quickest at a fair price and had the grill back up and running in time for holiday cooking. This new updated regulator along with my new Weber burners seem to function better than ever before. Thanks Weber and Amazon!!
