Wall fan is good, build quality and air through is decent if you sit next to it you will feel more air, blades made of plastic, and remote control working well, no issues. There will be sound definately because more RPM speed will create air noise, it's common in any fan if you run fan on low speed noise is minimal. Understand the noise myth. Also room size make difference in air noise, also in heat generation. Overall fan is good you can purchase.

The fan worked for a few months and then the remote did not work unless you brought it very near to the panel.I called customer care. They came late and then said that the problem was with the remote(not the board as I thought) and that I have to buy a new one(not covered in warranty). They said they did not have stock and that they will get back to me when they have it, which they didn't.Then new problems started. The fan would start and stop, oscillate, increase and decrease speed automatically. I called them again and they came late again, but agreed that the problem is with the board, but that there was no stock and postponed it again for many days.Finally when I called again, they replaced the board and since then, it is working perfectly.The fan has 3 speeds. The wind delivery is good even in the first level. There is noise from the fan(wind noise), but I prefer to have noise as that will block other sounds.1st speed 50dB2nd speed 55dB3rd speed 60dBThe remote is very good and will work even at a long distance and at any angle(as long as there is line of sight.)I fully recommend it, but make sure it is working properly.

I woukd not be recommend to buy any product of orient. You might be lucky if not to face any issues, if a problem does arise, their service is extremely disappointing.I raised a complaint regarding a defect in a fan, but the service team closed it without any resolution or prior communication. This happened not once, but twice. On the third attempt, a technician finally visited, identified the issue, and assured me it would be resolved the next day. However, without fixing the problem, they closed the case again.I have raised another complaint since then, but no action has been taken.Amazon team, I kindly request your support in resolving this matter.

Good item

The media could not be loaded. My return window closed on 15th May and the first issue started to appear from yesterday. The fan was not responding to the remote and no functions were working. As if like the fan has hanged. 😅 Worked back again after a simple on/off but the issue is persistent and nagging. I think the problem is with the remote and not the fan itself.The fan itself is good enough for the price but the remote looks and feels cheap. May be that's where they're cutting the cost or making a pathway for continuous revenue. Since this fan is dependent on remote, it's serious that it must work. The fan is not exactly silent but tolerable noise at high speed and comfortable noise at low. Breeze mode is a gimmick and doesn't really matter. Oscillation is good but the head shakes a little when it moves which is concerning. This is not premium fan, this is not a cheap fan. It's just enough for your requirement in this category.
