As far as you can review a vitamin...
... these seem fine. Good value, small, ready to swallow, flavourless.

Good value for money compared to other vit d products
I'm taking vitamin D supplements because it looks as if it gives some protection against catching coronavirus, and if you catch it, then it also looks as if vit d reduces the seriousness of any illness - PROVIDED you take vit d in reasonably high doses. It also looks as if the NHS advice on doses is not keeping up with the evidence. 40% of the UK population is deficient in vit d in their blood. I believe nearly every adult in UK should be taking 100 micrograms per day minimum. Consult NHS website about those very few who are at risk. Briefly, if you are otherwise healthy you should be taking vit d supplements. Furthermore, I have had my vitamin d levels (calcifediol) measured in my blood before starting and after 3 weeks use and the levels went up from 43 nmol/litre to 76 nmol/litre (started with 2 pills per day to play catch up), and the only reasonable reason is these pills... so they work! My opinion is that the NHS advice is wrong... 76 is a much healthier level than 43. By this time next year I expect this opinion will be starting to be mainstream opinion. (See Medcram channel or Dr John Campbell or David Davis MP on Youtube.) About 40% of UK population is believed to be vit D deficient. For comparison, if you sunbathe on a UK summer's day for 30 minutes you get about 1000 micrograms or more (ie 40000 International Units) of vit D from sun exposer.

Quadruple strength Vitamin D capsules
Having arthritis it's essential to take vitamin D. As many of you are probably aware the NHS have stopped prescribing drugs that can be bought over the counter. I've tried a few different brands since this happened & none compared to this product, apart from those I used to have prescribed of course. I wouldn't review when 1st received as I wanted to give these a chance & write an honest review. I'm extremely happy with them & would totally recommend. I've been taking them now for about 3 weeks, 1st thing in the morning with breakfast, they are very easy to take & no aftertaste. I have noticed that both the swelling of joints & pain has decreased & I'm more mobile. Delivery was fast & the price is very good too. I shall definitely continue purchasing this brand. Thank you from an extremely satisfied customer.
