We wanted a robust, stable, gold tree for our cupboards in the hall to hang some quite expensive glass baubles at Christmas.This looks smart, Christmasy, and is solid with a reasonably stable base, so did the job well. Can be dismantled to reduce size and pack away after Christmas.Looks like it will last several years without problem.Would recommend for anyone with a similar need.

Quite difficult to put together, you need to be quite strong to push the branches into the trunk. I couldn't do it but then I have weaked wrists, so I shaved some of ends down using a craft knife. I was hoping I could dismantle it between fairs, but I wouldn't want to try. It's very sturdy and good value for money.

Nice and sturdy and a good size but it really hurts your hands pushing in those branches!

Great size tree for decorating and sturdy made of resin so will take a reasonable amount of weight. It arrived with file, and having read reviews I was expecting a bit of home DIY to put together, but it went together fine by hand. I found the branches went in with a bit of pressure screwing them in. (Theyre not screw threaded, but for some reason, screwing helped them go in without filing, thank you previous reviewer). The branches also dont sit flush against the trunk, (Ive circled on a pic) but if you were building for permanence, you could either fill these small gaps, or file the lip to get a snugger fit. As I want to take it down and put up various times in the year, Ive not bothered and also I like to twist the branches once dressed to get the best effect.Just love it, and love how solid it is and how sturdy even the smallest of branches are. Will take loads of bashing and no need to be precious putting it away. So much better than faffing around with a bunch of twigs that snap all the time!

The media could not be loaded. When it arrived I thought it looked more like a plastic kit and so I set to work ,took some white emulsion paint and dipped it all a few times to get a thick coat of paint to make it look Matt and it gives it day more life life appearance then I dabbed some clear glue and sprinkled little silver glitter not to much just enough to make it look like frost ,it’s enough because when you hang the clear tea light holders I’d doesn’t look over the top then create your centre table good luck B

Not easy to assemble branch are a little flimsy

I've just got this, to display hanging crystals on, when I do a market stall. It is fabulous. Tall enough without being over big. Really sturdy central trunk, which I'm really happy about. Sturdy branches that are easy to fit. Even a really decent file is with the tree, so should there be any stray bits of plastic you can file them off. When I think how expensive other display trees can be, this is terrific value for money. I got the black one as I figured I could use it at halloween when I'm not needing it for crystals. I'm going to wrap some "seed" lights around the branches. Also great as a prop for any number of photo shoots. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Love it, love it, love it.
